Messenger- The Closing of Village's Boarder

Being one of the oldest places to live, the people have decided to close the boarder making it impossible for guests to come into this amazing place. What doesn't make sense however, is the fact that everyone who belongs there have immigrated from other villages and have been welcomed into this place with warm hearts but suddenly, now the people have voted to close them down. What would be the cause for such a dreadful thing? Maddy thought to himself as he and Seer (the blind man he lives with) noticed the change in the air slowly but strongly; People are changing and it isn't pretty.

Matty and Seer would always talk to eachother for after all, they are pretty much family after they both escaped from their old villages. Matty had brought up the Trade Mart and what had happened last night: people coming with nothing to trade however in the end, they got what they wanted. He had been trying to figure what they were trading but then he noticed the difference in personality with the people who had done that sort of trade. He noticed for example, that the nice lady who had lived down the street, on the way home was tormenting her husband about how he walked so slow but he had a tweaked spine so that was how he always walked. As the days past, the poll for keeping up the boarder grew nearer and he noticed that the group of people that were for closing of the boarder grew bigger with that.

Newcomers make up Village and the leader of this horrible group surprisingly was mentor. Some new ones had recently arrived in Village the other day however instead of being greeted like always, they were disturbed by this taunting mob. Matty came across one of them and was later implied some terrible news about that one's family. He discovered that because she could only bring one to the community, she had to leave her daughters and come back for them. However, because of the disruption of Forest, she was not able to get back. Here, is where Matty comes in.

Having a very important job, Messenger, Matty is in charge of delivering messages to different communities. He is the only one Forest trusts. Not only shall he go from place to place but now people count on him to do things that they can't. So now, he will have to go receive Seer's daughter who lives in Matty's old village. Just finding out of a new power, Matty will face some true challenges along with secrets yet to found out.
